Summer holidays

Going on holiday is held after school classes resume in the morning on days indicated. Students who do not have classes on Saturday are on leave Friday night after school.
Start of summer vacation: teachers called to participate in operations related to examinations are in service until the date fixed for the closing of these examinations by the memorandum establishing the calendar for the session.
For teachers, two half-days (or equivalent schedule), taken outside of school hours, will be released during the school year, to allow time for reflection and training on topics proposed by authorities academic.
For the school year 2015-2016, classes vaqueront Friday, May 6, 2016 and Saturday, May 7, 2016.
For the 2016-2017 school year, classes vaqueront Friday, May 26, 2017 and Saturday, May 27, 2017.

The dates set by the national school calendar may, under certain conditions, be changed locally by the rector.
This calendar does not include the dates of the end of session of school exams.
To Corsica, the overseas departments and overseas communities
The rectors, vice-rectors and heads of departments of Education have authority to adjust the national calendar by fixing, by order, for a period of three years of school calendars into account the special characteristics of each region .
